This project is a new Greenfield ham processing facility located on an 87 acre site in Kinston's Industrial Park.  The building is over 220,000 square feet in size and is a state of the art "Ready To Eat" facility.  The new process facility manufactures deli hams, sliced deli products as well as retail food service hams.  Production began at 75 million pounds with the expansion capabilities reach to 100 million pounds per year.
