Facility Features
- Refrigeration - Ammonia skid package system equipped with Variable Frequency Drive on the condenser to control fan motor speed for electric efficiency. The flexible control system operates in an energy efficient manner while allowing the user to control set points to modify controls to fit their operations.
- Refrigeration - additional features include high efficient low noise evaporator motors. Modular control valves to eliminate flanges, compact design, and remote access to control settings.
- Under floor warming – re-circulated glycol utilizing waste heat from refrigeration system
- HVAC - Standard RTU system.
- Wall construction – insulated metal panel in warehouse; architectural metal panels/stone/glass at office areas
- Roof construction – TPO mechanically fastened. R-Value varies from R-20 – R-50
- Fire protection – ESFR & dry pre-action system
- Floors –Shrinkage Compensating concrete with Motorock finish by Kalman Floor Co.
- Xeriscape - We selected and installed landscaping that doesn’t require water.
