ESI Group was selected to design and construct a 19,428 square foot sales and conference center addition to the existing food warehouse distribution facility.  This addition includes a dual preparation area for two simultaneous customer food product demonstrations; a 5,800 square foot conference facility with operable partitions for division into four (4) separate meeting rooms; and a 400 square foot fine dining room for special presentations.  Also included in this project was new parking and alterations to existing parking.
