U.S. Foodservice-South Florida

ESI was awarded a expansion and renovation to an existing facility for U.S. Foodservice at their Boca Raton location.  The expansion will provide an additional one story warehouse and office space and some additional 1 story mezzanine with office space.  Plus a new one story mezzanine with truck maintenance building and fire pump house.  There will be some demolition of existing office spaces and renovations to existing warehouse.
